Dr. Merritt actively lectures for ACAM on lead toxicity and is a member of multiple medical societies. She is credentialed at local hospitals but uses an Inpatient specialist to hospitalize her patients.
Her outpatient practice consists of adult medicine with an integrative flavor combining genetics, environmental medicine, lead treatments, nutritional therapies, and has a clinic full of high-tech machines for diagnosis and treatment. She has a large chelation practice and is now certified to provide BioTe hormonal pellets. She is married to Rob Merritt, has two grown daughters and a grandson. She is an avid reader, loves backgammon and enjoys traveling.
